Booking Payment / Cancellation Policy

The below cancellation policy ONLY applies through direct booking through our website.
For third party bookings such as Campsites.co.uk, Pitchup, Hip Camp, Air BNB and Holiday Fox please refer to their booking cancellation policy.

25% of booking is taken upon booking.

The remaining 75% will be automatically taken from the card you originally used 30 days before your date of arrival.

If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date you can get your deposit refunded. After 30 days and when the full payment is taken refunds are not accepted. Moving your date within the season may be possible, but is dealt with on a case by case basis.

Arrival and Departure Times

CAMPING :
Arrive from midday and Depart by Midday.
If you would like a late check out of up to 5PM please contact us to check availability. The fee will be an extra £6.

Glamping :
Arrive from 3pm and leave by 10am.
If you would like a late check out of up to 5PM please contact us to check availability. The fee will be an extra £50 for log cabins and £15 for glamping units.

Shower's take 20p's

Please note our showers run on a meter using 20p's. 5 Minutes for 1 x 20p. Please bring change with you. If you do not have change we can change money during our reception hut opening times, please see the reception door for these hours.

Speeding - Our Speed Limit is 5 MPH for a reason

We have many children running around site and playing.
You MUST NOT speed.
If you are caught speeding you may be asked to leave without receiving a refund.

Quiet Times

Everyone wants a good night sleep to be able to enjoy the next day of fun!
We want you to enjoy your evenings but please do NOT play loud music at any time during the day and our quiet times are 10:30pm - 7am.

Spoilage to pitch / glamping unit or log cabin

Camping : Please leave your pitch as you find it, this includes :
-Taking your rubbish to the recycling areas and disposing of it responsibly.
-Cleaning up dog dirt.
-Leaving no trace on your pitch such as scorching grass etc.
If it is noted you have not respected the pitch you may be asked to pay an additional fee for repair.

Glamping units and Log Cabins:
Please leave your accommodationin a respectful way, this includes:
-Using the bins provided at the unit
-No spoilage of any furniture, equipment etc. Including spoilage made by dogs.
If it is noted you have not respected the accommodation and caused spoilage a charge fee may be taken from your payment card.

No Electric Scooters or drones

NO electric scooters are to brought and used on site. They are illegal without the land owners permission.
NO drones are to be flown on or over our camp site.
Breaking these rules and not stopping use of these when asked may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.

NO Charging of Electric / Hybrid Cars

If you are caught charging an electric car you will be asked to leave the site immediately.
